What about the statusbar in FoxPro 2.6 WINDOWS?

Post by Chris Niek » Thu, 22 Sep 1994 05:20:57

Hi,

I'm trying to use the statusbar at the bottom of the foxpro window, and
it seems very usefull, but I get the current dbf on it everytime, and that is
not what I want. It should only display my messages or nothing, but I don't
want the users to see what database is in use, and how exclusive that is.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
    Chris Niekel.

I have the same promlem in FPW. I try to always SET MESSAGE TO " " at
the end of ALL of my procedures that change the message.

Does anybody have a better workaround?
