1 - These employees are EXEMPT from income tax for two years (allows lower
pay)
2 - These employees CAN NOT change jobs - the employer has a prisoner who'll
put up with anything - no place else to go, except back 'home'.

But remember, the fault isn't theirs for working, it's the greedy businesses
for screwing America's educated labor force.
