In Access 97 I have a database with (2) tables. When I do a filter by form
in one table the field I enter to filter acts like a combo-box and shows all
the data in the field of all records for selection .......works great. In
the other table when I do a filter by form, when I enter the field to filter
it shows only "NULL" & "is not NULL" ?
Somewhere I'm sure I have a switch turned on/off I guess?
Any help would be appreciated,

1. Newbie question, PDOX5, Set Report Filter from Form?
I have a Paradox 5 form with a button that runs a report. That works
OK, but I'd like the form to ask me to first enter a filter value and
then use that value when it runs the report. The value I'm interested
in is the Date (I hope to default with the current date, too).
I've been pouring through the manuals and help files, but I haven't
been able to figure this one out. Any help you offer will be very
much appreciated.
