Ivz,
I suspect that your .TMP file growth problem has nothing to do with
your monitor. Fox generates .TMP files inorder to cache portions of
itself and/or your code as your programs execute. When your programs
(and windoze) terminate normally, these .TMP files should ALL be
deleted. I suspect that you may be turning off your system or giving
it the three finger salute (ALT-CTRL-DEL). These are the only two
reasons that I know of that would cause the .TMP files to accumulate.
If there are .TMPs, you should also run CHKDSK/F as you probably also
have cross link/lost clusters!
