Your wish is my command.  Both the Ingres FAQ and the Ingres ODBC
FAQ are now in multiple formats, including gzip and compress(1).
If anybody wants PKZIP format, show me the source for PKZIP that
will run under SunOS 4.1.3_U1 and I will see what I can do.

Hey, I don't care about a PKZIP format, but if you do, the software is
called zip and is available at ftp.uu.net in /pub/archiving/zip.
(Yes, it runs under SunOS 4.1.3)
