Has anyone gone thru the process of installing OpenIngres and apps to a PC network ?
Is there anything particular that happens/shouldn't happen/should be avoided at all costs, when you do this ?
My guess is that we could actually deploy a small subset of Ingres, enough to run the app and communicate to our NT Ingres server, but is this possible?
Any help/comments will be greatly appreciated !

1. OpenIngres on SMP, SP2 and OpenIngres 2.0
Any stories on OpenIngres 1.1 installations? Going to do mine this weekend.
Anyone have any warnings/praises?
Any new features to take advantage of SMP (other than multiple server
configurations)?
Anyone know Ingres' plans for supporting SP2 configurations and multi-tasking
queries (Oracle parallel query/server)?
OpenIngres 2.0 special features for SMP,SP2 platforms?
Hope to hear about this in NewOrleans, but anyone have any answers?
