Looking for internship in OLAP & OODB

Hello netters,

I am fairly new to the OLAP world and have been very e*d to
get to know about OLAP concepts (I just ordered the white paper of
Dr. Codd et al.).  I am wondering if there is any specific interest
in the area of OLAP in conjunction with object-oriented databases (OODB).
Is anyone working in that area?  I am interested in knowing more about
object-oriented approaches to handle multi-dimensional data.

On a related note, I am a Candidate of Ph.D. in computer science.  My
area of interest is object-oriented databases.  I am looking for a summer
internship for this year.  My own experience is in developing large
geophysical object-oriented databases using C++ and ObjectStore ODBMS.
I am wondering if any subscribers to this conference are already working
in OLAP and OODB.  If so, I will be very interested to hear from you.  
I will be more than glad to send my resume if anyone is interested.

1. Looking for definition of OODB (an OODB manifesto)

Just what constitutes an OODB?  RDBMS have Codd's RMV2 to use as a
metric for relational compliance.  What do the developers of OODBMS
use to determine if their product is really an OODB?  What do OODBMS
customers look for when evaluating OODBMS to determine if the
product is really an OODB?

BTW - HELP!!  I have been trying to get a copy of the Object
Oriented Database Manifesto.  I have tried everywhere that I can
think of short of writing the publisher (and paying the $$$ for a
copy) and begging on the net....  If anyone can help me acquire a copy
of this document, I would be very grateful..
