Exclusively on the World Wide Web, it allows corporate, small business,
and home computer users to find information on software and related
products, services, and events.
Included are a easily searchable database of over 1,800 software products,
information on 600 software developers, a calendar of software-related
conferences and expositions, and trade associations and user groups.
Additional products are continually being added to the database.
Prospective software users can type in a short description of the type of
software product they are interested in, and receive a list of products
meeting those criteria. Each product on the resulting list has a
hyperlink to the product page within the developer's site which gives
detailed information on that product. In addition, the listing has a
hyperlink to another Software Age page giving contact information for the
developer. Where available, sales and technical support phone numbers and
