WIN style help from DOS style

WIN style help from DOS style

Can anybody point me to how you convert a FP DOS help file to the WINDOWS
style help?  I know that FPW can use the DOS style but I need to convert to the WIN

1. 6.4 style and SQL92 style syntax

I'm running a test query under OpenIngres 1.2/01, below,
in 6.4 style syntax:

select count(*) from studs s,
scvps sc, cvers c
where s.p_id = sc.p_id
and   sc.c_c = c.c_c
and   sc.c_v_n = c.c_v_n
and   sc.p_code = c.p_code

and I'd like to use the alternative (SQL92 type) syntax
to do the same thing, i.e. ...FROM left_source join_type
JOIN right_source ON join_condition - but I haven't the
faintest. Will someone translate?
