Do the parameters changed using the TCL "config" take effect after the
next "shutdown" or after the next ":files"?
Also, where (what files) are the changes and/or updates stored?

Also, where (what files) are the changes and/or updates stored?
I want to return (for each row) the max of three columns, outputing one
column.
