binary-tree, B-tree

Hello I'm trying to find information about techniques used to find data in a
database. I'm interested in knowing how pure binary tree and B(Bayer) tree
work.
I've been doing some research with google but haven't find anything very
clear.
Does anybody know a good web page that explains this, with graphics if
possible.
Or anybody could explain a bit how they work

Thanks

1. Databases, Data Structures, B Trees, B+ Trees, Patricia Trees

Hmmm - lots of words, only up to 8 characters, need lots of speed to
get at everything.  If I was a pessimist, I might be tempted to
assume this was a list of potential passwords ...   Hmmm ...
