Hi flori123,
This is one of the most asked questions on all of the FileMaker List.
Someday, maybe FMI will make it native to FileMaker. In the mean time, check
out a couple of workaround files (Tip and Trick) available
www.fmfiles.com
do a search for Color, text style, etc.

1. Conditional text/field color change
