One of them decided to make a table of "owners" and a table of "properties".
No problem, right? Well, he wants to make a link or use some "referential
integrity" setting to make sure that every owner has 0 or more properties.
We can get 0 or 1, but the more is stumping us. Instead of fishing through
the manuals with him, I took his word for it and decided to ask the "net".
Any help would be appreciated. Note, the more description the better.
