I have just had a Paradox 5 program upgraded to Paradox 9
but I when I try to enter the Primary Key Field on any of my forms,
the data is rejected. I can't enter anything.
Probaby some simple basic step I am missing. Can anyone help?

Tell us more. What type is the primary Key field? Integer, Number,
Alpha, AutoIncrement??

I found the problem
I had a lookup table keyed to the primary key in the company.db I was
having trouble with
The lookup table belonged on a different table.
Once I made this change I could entry the primary key field without a
problem
