I'm using Pdox7, and when I open the app. it opens minimized. I then
maximize it and do my query's, etc. When I close it and then reopen it
again, it's once again minimized. So I then try closing it holding the
Shift key and then Close. When I reopen the app. it's minimized again. How
can I open the app. with the window maximized?

See the app sizing demo on our Paradox resources page (Link in my signature).
If you really want the ap maximized (which I would hate if I was one of your
users) use the same technique but simply use maximize() after the application
variable.

Inspect the icon you use to start Paradox.

It may be that the icon is set to "Run" minimized. Select "maximized"
instead.
