If you are already a licensed owner of Runtime 3.5
or higher, I can supply you with a set of disks,
with your proof of purchase (sales slip, invoice,
etc.).. if you do not already own one or more
levels of RunTime, you'll need to purchase 4.5
RunTime.. in any case, it is legal to "downgrade"
from a higher level when needed..

FWIW, in most cases, you'll usually want to convert
your 3.5 apps to 4.02 Compatible Mode, especially
if you are trying to run under any version of Win..
