1. Bug (Paradox 8): object explorer not visible if screen resolution changes
If the screen resolution is changed during a Paradox-8 session, and the object
explorer window was not left in a position that falls within the bounds of the
new screen-size, the object explorer will not be displayed.
OEx is also not included in the Window pull-down, so there is literally no way
to retrieve it.
