exceptional Delphi and Paradox skills to join our rapidly growing
software development firm. Responsible for the continued
development of one of the leading software packages in its market,
and to move it into the world of ASP's and the Internet. Using Delphi,
Paradox, HTML and XML, you will work with emerging web technologies,
multi-tier applications and other leading edge technologies and design
methodologies.
The qualified candidate will posses the following:
* At least 2-3 years of experiencing developing Delphi and Paradox
based applications, preferably in a commercial environment.
* A more than thorough understanding of Object Oriented programming
and concepts
* Familiarity with software design methodologies
* The ability to "think out of the box"
* A high energy level and a "can do" attitude
Desired, but not required experience:
* Experience developing multi-tier applications using an object oriented
programming environment (preferably Delphi)
* Experience developing applications using a SQL based RDBMS
(preferably InterBase)
* Experience developing framework applications and/or exposure
to pattern languages
