4GL ON SCO OPEN 5 Problem

I'm having a problem compiling I-4GL 7 with SE 7 on SCO OpenServer 5.
During compilation I'm getting an  "icc  permission denied" error
message. I actually can't find this "icc" compiler on the system.
Does anyone know if this new version replacing rcc comes with Informix
development or is it part of SCO Software Development.
