Please help me !!!!! ------ Fail Consistency Check AIX & Informix

I think the problem is that the engine is expecting a page from chunk#4
..but when it is reading the disk it is finding a page from chunk #5,
that's why this AF. I would suggest:
a) Call Tech Support to open a case
b) Check to see if any other instance is pointing to the same chunk or not
(specifically, check for chunk#5)

To me, it looks like there's no other way other than to restore.

I am in a hurry due to this error ...

We have informix Online 5.10 on a AIX 4.31 box, and sometimes we have
received the following errors in the online.log file, where the most
important I can notice is this:
