Are these two products the same (just under different company name?)

MITI is now developing and marketing SQR, and the new version 3 has
some great improvements such as dynamic select lists, multiple reports,
direct array access in Let and If statements, bar codes, business charts,
a specialized Windows version, etc.. It now seems to be a well supported
language.
1. SQR Workbench - MITI - Opinions?
I am considering demo'ing and licensing SQR Workbench from MITI for use with
Ingres 6.4/05 on VAX/VMS 5.5-2 to generate PostScript files. Do anyone have
any opinions about SQR, particularly in the above environment?
