The Technical Support Department at  Remedy Corporation is currently
interviewing for several opening in the area of Customer Support. The
position requires good problem solving skills and excellent written
and verbal communications.  Other qualifications include:

        1. Bachelors degree in CS, EE, Mathematics
        2. 3-7 Year Experience (Support Experience a plus)
        3. Extensive knowledge of Unix, DOS
        4. Knowledge of OLTP ODBMS: Sybase, Oracle, Ingres, Informix
        5. Knowledge of client/server networking (TCP/Novell)
        6. Excellent written and VERBAL Communication Skills
        7. Software development experience

Primary duties for this position include:

        1. Direct Customer Interaction (phone, visits, e-mail)
        2. Internal Communication (Training, Presentations, feedback)
        3. Development and use of Customer Support Systems
        4. Continual product and technology training (attend)
