We have several openings for first-line and second-line
customer support people as we continue to grow.
Since customer support is a major part of our business,

will share our passion for providing the finest support
available.
In addition to a demonstrated commitment to excellence
in customer service, you should have experience
with relational databases like Oracle or Sybase;
experience supporting multi-platform client-server
applications; excellent verbal and written communication
skills; and experience writing shell scripts and
batch files for UNIX and MS-DOS.
Additional experience in programming Visual Basic or C/C++,
familiarity with network configuration including TCP/IP
and LAN Workplace, and a working knowledge of Microsoft
Windows, X11, and Macintosh will be a plus.
