What version of Linux to install Sybase ASE 12.5

Hi,

I would like to know what version of Linux do I need to install ASE
12.5 for test and training purposes ?

Mandrake Linux Standard Edition V8.2 ok, or do I need Mandrake Linux
PowerPack Edition V8.2 ?

Red Hat Linux V7.2 ok, or do I need Red Hat Linux Professional V7.2 ?

SuSe Linux V7.3 Personal Edition ok, or do I need SuSe Linux
Professional Edition V7.3 ?

Since I am not a Linux person, which one would you recommand so that I
can use it to install Sybase ASE 12.5 for training purposes for Sybase
and Linux command line and Linux Shell and AWK training ?

The PC I will install it on is a standalone Dual P2-350 with 384 meg
of RAM with 8 gyg of Hard Disk with an external US Robotics modem, a
Matrox Millennium G200 AGP display card, Create AWE 16-bit Audio card,
HP-6P Laser printer, ATAPI CDROM drive.

Any of the versions you mention are just fine. You don't need the
"professional" or "powerpack" versions for Sybase.

When I create database on RedHat 7, error in the log file:
