Hello:
If Barabbas' suggestion won't work for you, you should be able to
download the drivers you need from HP.
It might help if you do this before you reformat. Just save the drivers
to a CD and then proceed.
HP may not have all the drivers you need. For instance, if you have the
Intel 810 graphics, my experience has been they don't provide this driver.
You can download that from the Intel Web site.
