I am not capable of getting a normal startup, only safe mode.  I see
error message 7323 as well as "invalid value for binding"  The computer
does not recognize the "A" drive as well.  Any ideas?

I am getting the same problem and don't have a clue.  I first noticed
this about when I installed the Yahoo instant messanger.  It doesn't
seem to affect anything that I've noticed so far.  Will keep looking for
the answer.
