This may seem really basic...but I forgot how to change the wallpaper in my
folders (i.e. like the Recycle Bin).
Please advise.  Thanks, guys, have a great weekend!! (I've gone to
properties and options...but no luck)

Right click in a blank area of the folder and choose customize this folder.

1. Windows 2000 wallpaper question

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional.

For wallpaper use, I placed several bitmaps in-

C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\My Documents\My Pictures

This caused erratic behavior in the wallpaper selection in the display
properties dialog box, so I moved the bitmaps to-

C:\WINNT

This stopped the erratic behavior, however I have duplicate listings of
bitmaps in the display dialog box, as if the bitmaps were still in the other
directory.  So my question is; how do I get rid of the duplicate listing of
bitmaps in the display properties dialog box?

Thanks in advance!
