Hello David,

If you are talking about adding stationery to the right
pane, it can be found under tools, options, compose and put
a check in the box before the word news then select creat
new or download more.

If you were talking about add a picture go to tools,
options, send, and choose news sending format.

HTH,
Kelly

I asked how to change the background color of Explorer's tool bar. Alan
Edwards and Kelly kindly replied to my question. (Thanks so much, guys) I'm
really glad to have a very nice bitmap for Explorer's tool bar. But now I
also recall that the color of Explorer's righ pane can be altered, too. Can
you help me work on this? I'm confident to make registry fix. Thanks.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I don't use a web background for Explorer.

Hi David,

So sorry I misunderstood.  You were talking about the
Windows Explorer.

While in the windows explorer choose view, customize this
folder and it gives you three options and one of them is
placing a picture.
