Hello,
Currently have a Windows 2000 Domain, with a mixture of NT 4.0 workstations
and NT 4.0 servers and W2K professional workstations. Experience some logon
issues. The domain has been functional for several months with no problems.
Over the past week have been having issues with NT 4.0 server and
workstations logging onto the domain. Below are some of the errors.
- trust relationship between this workstation and primary domain failed
- no domain controller found
- Event viewer error 3210, 5773
I have tried to reset the computer accounts using the following tools with
no positive results;
nltest /sc_reset - failed to reset
netdom /resetpwd - failed to reset
Have also noticed from the NT 4.0 server and workstations, that the domain
1C is 0.0.0.0. The servers and workstations were sucessfully add to the
domain. Once add to the domain cannot logon to the domain.
I have searched the net and group, have tried the following:
removed reboot and readded to the domain - did not work.
The only left from my point is to reload the boxes, wanted to post a message
before taken on this task.
Please help if possible.
Thanks
