Applications Programmers and Network Administrators to Project Managers and MIS
Directors Platforms include client/server, midrange, mainframe, and
internet/intranet

Sponsor: Yes Duties/Responsibilities: The Customer Service Business Center
(CSBC) is an information intensive operation Effective use of Decision Support
Tools (DSS) and Data Warehousing (DW) technology as a management tool, and way
to identify and provide new services to its customers is a key component of the
CSBS IS strategy CSBC is expanding the data warehouse and has begun to build
specialized data marts in support of reporting and on-line analytical
processing (OLAP) applications A new suite of data management tools will be
used to define, extract and load data into the warehouse and data marts * Work
with DW/DSS Support project lead to add data to the data warehouse and maintain
DSS applications * Provide end-user technical support for DSS tools and
applications Requirements: * Proven ability to partner with business team
members to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet business
objectives Proven ability to become proficient in using new development tools *
Strong written and *communication skills * Proven ability to work
effectively in a multi-task environment * Proficient with Oracle, PUSQL, SQL
Plus, SQL and UNIX Experience with building and executing complex queries *
Experience with WEB Application Development and integration is desirable *
Experience with DB2, VSAM, COBOL 11, JCL and Platinum is desirable
