Position Description:
One candidate will be responsible to provide level 2 call resolution and
application support for proprietary business application software, and the
second candidate will provide application support for third party software.
Experience Required:
Must be able to document solutions and populate client's knowledge
database to provide knowledge transfer. At least 1 yr of experience is
needed.
