Primary Qualifications/Requirements:

1.  Minimum 3-7 years industry experience with at least 2-3 years of hands
on implementation experience with one of the following: Oracle Technical
Infrastructure including Application Administration, Applications DBA,
Interface Development and/or WorkGroup/2000;
2.  Must have experience in project and technical leadership;
3.  Previous consulting experience preferred;
4.  Excellent *and written communication skills;
5.  Ability to develop client relationships;
6.  Initiative/motivation;
7.  Integrity and trustworthiness;
8.  Demonstrated business process/information technology skills;
9.  MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 100% AT TIMES, WITHOUT EXCEPTION; and
10.  Prior Big 6 Consulting experience desired.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Implement a comprehensive, cross-functional Oracle system that can
directly influence the timing and cost of a project.  Capitalize on
state-of-the-art enabling factors, winning methodologies and a change
management approach that works with legacy technology infrastructure while
leveraging your expertise in information technology and performance
improvement.

Manage or lead teams that are effecting major change in client's Fortune
500 customers.  Projects often include the implementation of large and
diverse systems and/or major process changes.  The process team leaders
must understand critical business processes, information technology and
the art of consulting.  They develop and implement solutions that resolve
business problems and add significant value to their customers or an
industry.  Responsibilities include redesigning processes, providing
in-depth functional knowledge for system design and development and
managing the designing, coding and testing of the technical components of
information systems for customers.  Deliver major high-technology
solutions and new levels of efficiency, timeliness, and quality by making
maximum use of Oracle's full architecture.

Focus on helping top-tier organizations plan, deploy and manage
information to achieve maximum return on their Systems Development &
Integration (SD&I) investments.  Client's consulting services are seamless
and range from IT Strategy, IT Management, Systems Planning and Delivery,
Systems Management or Technology Service.
