Job Description: The individual will be responsible for general administration
and maintenance for NT network such as Internet connectivity, servers
configuration (domain servers, database servers, WEB servers, mail servers,
firewall servers, proxy servers, etc.), backup and recovery, network
monitoring, client workstations support, hardware and server software selection
and purchase, etc.
Skill Required: The successful candidate will have significant experience and
knowledge in LAN/WAN and Internet networking, desktop environment and support,
automated back up and recovery, and network monitoring. Specific skills include
Microsoft BackOffice (NT Server 4.0, IIS 4.0, Exchange 5.5, etc.), Lotus Notes,
CheckPoint Firewall, ARCserve, Oracle for NT. Unix administration experience is
a plus.
Education: A bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
