REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Oracle/SQLPRO*C skills (3+ years) with at least 2 years C++.
ODBC and other data drivers a plus. Must be familiar with database
table design, as well as have some skills for optimizing the
load/queries/indexing. This is NOT a DBA position. Rather, a person
who can create applications. UML experience a plus.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position will involve taking existing flat file data sets and inputting
them into an Oracle database for general queries. Create applictions
from flat file C/C++ code into Oracle using ODBC or PRO*C and then
create the queries for selection on this data.
