<FONT SIZE=4>As a Consultant for our</FONT><FONT SIZE=4>TechHackers</FONT><FONT
SIZE=4> group, you will forecast, plan, implement and review financial and
people resources in order to meet defined business requirements in line with
company strategic plans, target and objectives.</FONT>

<FONT SIZE=4>Duties include designing, developing and implementing solutions
with minimal supervision. Install non-standard software updates. Investigate
and resolve routine and non-routine problems in selected functional areas.
Perform benchmark needs analysis and requirement definitions. Perform system
design and installation and provide sales support (completes portions of
proposals including HW/SW configurations).</FONT>

Position Requirements:

<FONT SIZE=4>7 C++ development experience in NT/Unix (minimum 3 years).</FONT>

<FONT SIZE=4>7 Exposure to full project lifecycle development and user
interface, business logic, database areas.</FONT>

<FONT SIZE=4>7 Experience with accessing data from RDBMS (Sybase,
Oracle)</FONT>

<FONT SIZE=4>7 Familiar with OOA, OOD and component based development
concepts.</FONT>

<FONT SIZE=4>7 Previous web development experience a plus.</FONT>

<FONT SIZE=4>7 Comfortable with math problem solving and interacting with end
users.</FONT>

Responsibilities include performing UML (Unified Modeling Language) Analysis
for development projects within IT. Individual will work with business and
technology professionals in a team oriented environment to develop UML
deliverables using Rational Rose as the notation tool. These deliverables
include: Domain Models, Detailed Class Models, Attribute/Operations definition,
Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams, State diagrams, Context diagrams.
Individual will also be responsible for consolidating/verifying multiple
project models into a CT Corporate model.

Individual must have knowledge of full system development lifecycle, 2+ years
of modeling experience using UML and Rational Rose. Knowledge of he Window
environment and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) is
required. Relational Database (Oracle), Use Case and business requirements
knowledge a plus. Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication
skills essential.

Salary: $65-70K (Plus Bonus)
