BSCS or CE 5 years of experience with 2 years of either supervisory, project
leadership, or project management experience Proven Software Engineering
ability-desired experience in these areas: -Sales tools configurators (Calico,
Concentra, Trilogy) -Business Process Reengineering -Oracle -Database
-networking (internet, internet web browser database connectivity, security,
Lotus Notes) Will prepare and be responsible for the project plan contents,
scope, schedule, cost, quality and performance requirments for the technology
solutions in accordance with the project goals. Will supervise/guide
professional, technical, and clerical workers assigned to the technical team
and/or those interfacing with the technical team and provide leadership by
example. Interface with the project customers in the presentation , definition
and resolution of project technical matters. Responsible for technical
decisions influencing the design, implementation, maintenance, and cost/benefit

accountable for results. Will manage a group of 4-8 in a cross-functional team
