Manage the Software Engineering group for the OIMC at the client site. There
are two major projects for the fiscal year. The first is the conversion of all
systems from Sybase to Oracle and the second is the development of a Skills
Inventory System for the client. Daily Responsibilities: Provide Life Cycle
Software support for all OIMC systems. Operate the Computer Operations Support
Facility. Provide management oversite and technical direction to the Software
Engineering staff in the performance of support to the customer. Provide
management level reports to the customer and Program Manager. Plan projects,
track progress, provide technical direction. The ability to communicate ideas
clearly to technical and non-technical personnel is very important. Familiar
with the following: Novell, Sybase, Oracle PCDocs. Project Management
experience is required.

Educational Requirements :Bachelors Degree
Preferred Degree :IS, CS, MIS or related
