2+ years experience in Object Oriented design and programming and C++. Also
needs programming experience in Java and Corba. Should have experience working
on both Unix and NT platforms. Experience to Oracle is desired. BSCS is
desired. Experience working on an enterprise product that works across
platforms would be helpful. CMDS is the first misuse and intrusion detection
system to completely solve the insider problem while also protecting against
hacker threats. CMDS is designed to protect critical network devices such as
servers, hosts, firewalls, and data repositories. Unlike other intrusion and
computer misuse detection products, CMDS uses and integrated expert system to
highlight subtle changes in authorized user behavior that can indicate data
theft of socially engineered attacks. Specific responsibilities will be to
assist in continued development of this software package. Development will
include oo technologies and explore uses of languages such as corba in a new
way.
