Access Oracle 8.05 on NT from Unix/PHP

hi there
Can someone tell me if the following can be done without any particular
problems and what would be the best solution if the one is better than the
other:
1. Current situation- NT/Netscape/Oracle 8.05 on one machine.
2. New situation - SUN 250's With Solaris/Apache Webserver with
A) Oracle 8.05 on Current NT
OR
B) Oracle x.x on same SUN machine
OR
C) Oracle x.x on dedicated SUN machine for Oracle servers only

I would of course go for the C option, but also will it be more expensive.
Looking at the Applications:
Database with +- 4000 records and 3000 queries per day
PLUS
Database to be used for Website with 1,000,000 (! million hits per day for
Personalization of Homepage which can be either dynamically created or
compiled from the database and stored and used as Static pages.

What would you advise be? Looking at cost (not to much of an option, but
still.) and then time of implementation etc.

thanks

Paul

BTW, I forgot one thing.
I heard that you cannot use an application written in PHP on Apache to
access Oracle db if that is running on an NT machine. Is that true?

Paul
