1. Error with user_exits and forms 4.5

Hi, Oracle experts

For a millennium project we have converted lots forms 3.0 programmes to
forms 4.5.
In some of these forms we make use of user-exits.
When these user exits have more than 1 input parameters (forms fields) we
get the runtime message
 "FRM-40105 :Unable to resolve reference to item."  

Does anaybody recognize this problem, and do you have a solution.
