TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Good
interpersonal skills, with direct customer interface experience.

       Excellent understanding of Oracle database 8.05/8i, development and
query tools

        SQL Server 7.0 - especially query writing and stored procedure
creation

       Crystal Reports 8.0 - especially sub-reports

       Prior experience in specification development, requirements
analysis, and process modeling.

       6+ years of experience in Internet/Intranet applications
development using ASP (Active Server Pages), VBScript, JavaScript, HTML,
XML, and Visual Basic

       Working knowledge of Unix environment, Oracle database functions,
and Microsoft Windows NT operating system.

       Strong analytical, coding and debugging skills

ASSIGNMENT

       Analysis of a vendor created application that utilizes an Oracle 8i
database on a HP UNIX server

       Gather information from end users on the business flow,
inputs/outputs, and use of the system

       Development of detailed system specifications and project plan for
a proposed Internet based replacement application utilizing a SQL Server
2000 database, ASP, VB, VBScript
