REQUIREMENTS:
Must have strong demonstrated experience in
PeopleSoft Human Resources & Payroll
applications implementations. Must be able to
understand and code using the Peoplesoft tools.
Oracle database concepts and development skills
are required. Excellent team building and
communications skills are required.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will report to the Director of Corporate
Projects. Will be responsible for systems
development to implement the PeopleSoft Human
Resources & Payroll applications. You will
interpret user requirements and implement the
PeopleSoft applications that will satisfy those
needs. You will define the implementation in
terms of testing, and turnover to production.
You will evaluate current productions systems,
and ensure all data interchange, file transfers
and reporting requirements are satisfied. You
will also work closely with the Human Resources
and Payroll personnel, ensuring their require-
ments are met.
You will be part of a new development team
in a Norwalk, CT-based pharmaceuticals company
that is enjoying unprecedented growth. This
