Engineering Program Manager Digital Impact is looking for Engineering Program
Managers to help design and manage the development of its sophisticated
Internet direct marketing tools and applications. Program managers are involved
throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle. Strong
communication skills are required, since the Program Manager serves as the
conduit between Product Management and Engineering. Program Managers are
responsible for translating Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs) into
functional specifications, user interface look and feel, database logical
design, project management (scheduling using MS Project or Project Workbench,
change management, risk management), performing product demonstrations, and
working with Quality Assurance, Beta customers, Publications, Training, and
Release Management. The ideal candidate has strong experience with software
development, Internet related technologies (Java, HTML, JavaScript, ActiveX,
Internet protocols, application servers, web servers) databases (Oracle 8.0,
SQL). 2+ years of business experience in the areas of direct marketing,
database marketing, or advertising is a plus. Digital Impact's culture is "work
