they specialize in building CTI solutions for companies. CTI is Computer
Telephony and is the latest technology that will intergrate the telephone and
the computer together. This is an awesome company and they only will accept
perm candidates. This company likes to hire people that are risk takers, that
take responsibility for their work, meaning they do not micro manager their
people. They look for people that can make it happen and do not need to work
with complete structure. In our new technology age none of the really good
programmers work in complete structure because they are always developing new
ideas. They need database designers to have an active role in designing and
coding. Interview Process: Phone screen by in house recruiter bring person in
for next interview What happens in the in person: There will be 3 people in the
interview, 1) There is a technical interview, 2)Organizational Interview,
3)cultural interview, 4) then the person will meet one of the company's VPs
Required Skills: Oracle or Sybase C++, or Visual C++ Erwin or S designer (
these are modeling tools or ask them what modeling tools they use) DBA
background experience NT
