Responsibilities: Participate in the design and development of a major
multi-tiered distributed Java based application. Lead the design of various
major system components of a Java based application that involves databases,
HTTP, sockets, Servlets, XML, and Streaming media.
Qualifications: Object-oriented design and implementation experience. The
position requires at 3-5 years experience in Object Oriented
development,developing in either Java or C++. Strong design skills. HTML, Web
application development, Internet protocols development experience. Experience
in developing relational database applications, preferably using SQL Server or
Oracle. Experience in developing in a mixed NT and Unix environment.
Familiarity with source control/configuration management systems. BS/MS
computer science or computing related discipline.
Personal Requirements: Excellent communication. Able to work independently.
Flexibility. Strong organization skills. Strong customer service focus. A
passion for excellence. Willingness and ability to work in a demanding,
fast-moving, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Salary: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
