First convert from 2.3 to 3.0, then you can use the conversion ability of
4.5 to convert from 3.0 to 4.5.
Although I would give you the advise to re-build the form from scratch, so
you can use all the new features of 4.5 and get rid of the 2.3 trigger
steps.

1. Forms 2.3 -> Forms 4.5 utilities
I need to migrate an OLD application from Forms 2.3 to Forms 4.5.
Are there any tools to automate part of this -
perhaps 2.3 -> 3.0 -> 4.0
and are the tools any good?
