National Consulting firm, one of Oracle's largest training Alliance
partners and a PeopleSoft Alliance partner needs a senior level HR
consultant. We are looking for a Big Six type Senior Manager level
person in a PeopleSoft practice with that role.

Need a full-time, permanent HR Consultant willing to travel.  Prefer
someone in the Atlanta area, or someone willing to relocate to Atlanta.
Need a consultant comfortable in a Functional Lead Role.
Responsibilities would include, but not limit to, conducting client
workshops, functional design, setting up tables, testing, and end-user
training.

Candidates must have the following skills:

1. Minimum of two years PeopleSoft HR experience.

2. End user experience considered.

3. Candidate should have been through at least one complete
implementation.

4. Need to have worked with at least two of the sub-modules within HR.
Ex.-recruit workforce, compensation management, training administration,
etc.

5. Benefits and/or Payroll experience is a plus.

6. Prefer someone who has functional lead experience.

7. End-user training experience a plus.
