Hello ! I'm Yasushi Kaneko.
I use VC5.0 Technical Preview version. This version is pre-released one.
You can get it via Internet (about 90MB).
Another way to create IE4.0 like toolbars is to use CoolBar(VB5 sp2 owner's
site).

Try searching Microsoft's site or MSDN for 'Rebar'. The IE4.0 Toolbars are
really the new REBAR with embedded Toolbars.
