Responsibilities:
Design, prepare, and implement web graphics, including photography, illustration, and typography for digital and web applicationsusing appropriate tools. Direct, critique, and review interface design as they relate to art direction, navigation and information design in a digital and/or web-enabled environment. Provide creative direction for a variety of we-enabled projects, including developing and maintaining graphic design standards for digital media projects that are primarily web-based. Collaborate with programmers, technical architects, marketing managers, developers and project managers on designing an implementing design solutions withing business and scheduling requirements. Mentor other workers on using graphics tools and applications.
Desired Requirements:
Competencies, skills, etc. related to essential job duties; minimum performance stadards and attendance requirements. Working knowledge of graphic design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Dreamweaver, Front Page, Fireworks, or similar programs. Work in Windows NT environment. Good communication and collaboration skills. Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Cold Fusion, ASP or other programming, scripting, or mark up languages and applications. Good time management skills.
