I ran the Setup wizard included with the Access Developers Kit to determine
which files were required for the run time version of Access.  I could then
include these files into my setup program.

Please, is it possible for you to list these files for me. I don't have the
Access Developers Toolkit in my hands right now. (But I should probably get
it, or else I might not be legible to redistribute Jet 3.0, or what ?)
